  • 3-5 years Deal Desk or Sales Operations experience
  • Hands-on Salesforce CRM and CPQ configuration
  • Experience with CLM for contract generation
  • Understanding of SaaS commercial constructs like ACV/TCV
  • Ability to manage discount guardrails and data quality
