Must-have

  • Proven experience making explicit go/kill decisions
  • 3+ years managing product managers as player-coach
  • Fluency in validation tools like prototypes and MVPs
  • Hands-on experience using AI as a product-building tool

Nice-to-have

  • Experience founding or co-founding startups
  • Background in payments, fintech, or nonprofit domains
  • Familiarity with EU market regulations like PSD2
  • Additional languages beyond English and Russian
  • Strong cross-functional leadership across Eng and Design

Key Requirements
