Employees must ensure the safety and comfort of residents by assisting with bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility while maintaining a calm environment.
Staff are required to promptly report all changes in resident condition, accidents, incidents, and suspected violations of privacy or abuse to supervisors.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Assist residents with daily hygiene functions
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Perform lifting and moving of residents up to 25 pounds
Document care entries in PCC system and notes

Create atmosphere of warmth and positive emphasis
Cooperate with inter-departmental personnel
Participate in regularly scheduled nursing meetings
