As the Manager AML, you will play a critical role in ensuring adherence to all applicable laws and regulations for the Japan business, evaluating controls internally and with agent partners.
You will be the primary point of contact with local regulators (FSA/KFB, MOF) and monitor regulatory developments, assessing their impact on the compliance framework.
