  • The Facilities Manager will be the single point of contact responsible for facilities management, assisting the Regional Manager and the Corporate Real Estate team with the delivery of quality facility management services.
  • Develop and implement innovative programs, processes and procedures that reduce short and long term operating costs and increase productivity by working closely with the Facility Management Lead and the client.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years of progressive facilities management experience
  • Strong knowledge of building systems
  • Proven experience managing facility budgets and vendor contracts
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Manage and present on budgets
  • Supervise vendor performance
  • Computer proficiency in CMMS/Work Order systems
