Skills & Requirements
Must-have
3+ years HR Generalist or Operations experience
Strong knowledge of Polish labor law
Fluency in Polish and English languages
Experience with HRIS systems and data integrity
End-to-end onboarding and employee relations management
Nice-to-have
Experience in multinational matrix organizations
Familiarity with AI-powered HR tools
Empathy combined with operational rigor
Proactive identification of process improvements
Ability to translate complex legal info clearly
Key Requirements
