TANGSPAC CONSULTING PTE LTD is seeking a Service Desk Support professional to manage service desk operations and ensure high-quality customer service in a rotational shift environment. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in service desk management or IT operations, with a strong background in incident resolution and customer support

Job Summary

  • Manage service desk operations, ensuring delivery of excellent and consistent customer service across all touch points, including emails and phone.
  • Handle participants' service incidents ensuring all incidents and enquiries are logged, tracked, and resolved within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Coordinate release activities with all stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and provide timely notifications on upcoming UAT and production releases.
