Job Summary
This leadership role requires technical mastery to ensure the line team performs at a level that sustains and improves business results on the 6 stars model.
The Shift Leader is responsible for supervising all operational activities during a designated shift, ensuring that production lines meet their SQDCM targets while coordinating across teams.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
