Job Summary

  • The Carer Gateway Coach will be responsible for facilitating the program in accordance with training and guidelines, including one-on-one coaching to carers and engaging professionally with key external and internal stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • Qualifications/experience in community services, allied health, or peer positions
  • Previous experience with group development and facilitation
  • Right to work within Australia
  • Current valid Driver’s Licence
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
  • Satisfactory National Police Records Check
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check/Yellow Card
  • Working with Children's Check/Blue Card
