Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
5–7+ years of experience
Strong understanding of dielectrics, thermal behavior, electrical stress, and mechanical strength
Experience in electromechanical product development
Skilled in electrical component design, wiring schematics, and troubleshooting
Familiarity with Pro-E or other 3D CAD modeling tools
