The program's goal is to help participants build career readiness skills, gain work experience, and prepare for long-term employment and/or continued education to ensure their success.
Youth Interns will support daily operations within their assigned academic, business, or community service organization as per the program’s design.
Interns will also participate in training sessions and workshops focused on career development, financial literacy, communication, and teamwork.

Salary
Starting Pay: $15.00 Hourly; Salary Range: $15.00 - $28.80 Hourly; Benefits: Medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, optional life, AD&D, and FSA plans, wellness programs, support groups, and workshops.
