The Director of Staff Development is responsible for planning and implementing facility orientation, job skills training, and certification programs for nursing assistants.
This role requires coordinating all required fire, internal disaster, and external mass casualty drills while maintaining strict confidentiality for residents and patients.
Candidates must possess a valid RN or LVN/LPN license and have experience in long-term care facilities to ensure the highest degree of quality care.
