Salary
Base: $10,000.00 - $15,000.00 monthly; Bonus/Equity: Commission based off department/net and bonuses based on manufacturer approvability and department production; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Holidays & PTO, 401(k)
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
2-3 years Assistant Service Manager experience
Valid driver's license in state of residence
Acceptable driving record required
High school graduate or equivalent education
Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment
Nice-to-have
Toyota brand experience highly preferred
Spanish speaking capability preferred
Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
Team player focused on exemplary customer service
Basic mechanical understanding of automobiles
Key Requirements
2-3 years previous Assistant Service Manager or Service Manager experience
