The primary purpose of this job is to maintain the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with applicable standards and policies.
Essential duties include following maintenance schedules, reporting accidents, coordinating with nursing services, performing routine and unscheduled maintenance on facility systems, and ensuring equipment is properly maintained and stored.
The role requires the ability to make independent decisions, follow instructions, deal tactfully with various individuals, and apply mathematical concepts to practical situations.
