12 yrs experience or 4 additional yrs in lieu of BS
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Extensive experience interacting with mission customers
Experience with system documentation software
Strong analytical skills
Experience guiding system development and implementation planning
Experience assisting with system requirements development
