Hands-on CAD proficiency (Creo, NX, or SolidWorks)
DFM/DFA leadership and process optimization
SPC, GR&R, and statistical process control implementation
Nice-to-have
Experience with sensitive optical component assembly
Space qualification and protoflight-to-production transition
Cleanroom contamination control protocol knowledge
Lean Six Sigma certification or application
Additive manufacturing for rapid tooling prototyping

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace, or Industrial Engineering
