Job Summary

• As the Portfolio Innovation and Performance Lead, you will make a powerful contribution by turning resident needs, asset data and compliance duties into decisions that maximise safety, value and lifecycle performance.
• You will lead reviews across the housing portfolio, shaping where we invest, redesign, repurpose or retire assets, and ensure Housing asset policy, strategy and plans are co-designed with residents.
• You will provide technical advice, reports and audit trails on a range of complex and sensitive issues that senior stakeholders will use for decision making.
