Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this job is to ensure adequate and appropriate staffing of the facility nursing department to meet the needs of the residents based on budget, census, and as may be directed by facility administration.
  • Key administrative functions include maintaining employee records, coordinating schedules to ensure appropriate coverage, and assisting employees with scheduling-related forms.
  • The role also involves attending committee meetings, assisting with CNAs interviews, and maintaining confidentiality of employee information.

Key Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Read, write, speak, and understand English

  • Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions
