Job Summary

  • Act as the main customer service contact for hospitals, wholesalers, payers, and the 3PL provider, supporting deliveries and handling claims.
  • Manage sales orders in the ERP system, ensuring accurate delivery and billing, and preparing credit/debit notes.
  • Support administrative tasks including event coordination, contracting, authority reporting, and vendor management.
