Job Summary

• The primary purpose of this position is to provide routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents in accordance with each resident’s assessment and care plan, and as directed by nursing supervisors.
• This role requires assisting residents with activities of daily living, measuring vital signs, ensuring resident safety, and maintaining accurate documentation.
