Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Vehicle maintenance or workshop experience
Customer services experience in automotive sector
Understanding of general automotive repair standards
Adherence to SLAs and high productivity levels
Nice-to-have
Experience with 1Link or Autodata systems
NVQ in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
City & Guilds equivalent certification
Ability to work hybrid schedule after training
