Job Summary
This role owns the strategy and execution of amika’s commercial innovation programs across the global product portfolio, translating priorities into high-impact programs that drive brand equity and business growth.
The Senior Manager will own the development of commercial innovation initiatives including promotional and evergreen sets, holiday programs, sizing strategies, GWPs, merchandise, and brand collaborations.
The role reports to the Director of Global Product Marketing and requires strong collaboration with Sales, Trade Marketing, Operations, Product Development, Brand Marketing, Creative, and Finance.
