Key Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• HVAC-EPA (Type II) or EPA Universal certification required within 90 days if not already certified
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification required within 90 days if not already certified
• Three or more years of hands-on apartment or building maintenance experience
• Supervisory experience required
