Provides leadership for the division’s communications center, coordinating multi-faceted security operations via a 9-1-1 Public Safety Answering Point, a Central Alarm Center, and a Real Time Crime Center.
Leads the team responsible for university public safety radio, emergency telephone transmissions, 9-1-1 services, alarm monitoring, and campus video systems.
Responsible for evaluating and implementing security technology to convert real-time data into actionable information for first responders.
