Job Summary

  • The Customer Solutions Engineer is a highly skilled Mainframe Modernization Senior Consultant to provide technical support and/or leadership in the creation and delivery of technology solutions designed to support our Customers’ Digital Transformation.
  • This role involves 75% customer service, including working on complex project scope, creating proof of concept, and conducting technical presentations, and 25% team leadership, including accountability for technical solution implementation and communicating project status.

  • Rocket COBOL based products experience (preferred)
  • Proficient in another EU language (preferred)
