Job Summary

  • Responsible for the analysis of product, process, equipment and method issues at designated stages of product development and manufacturing.
  • Position will require hands on floor support for battery cell manufacturing to include daily inline inspections, process audits and documentation compliance to ensure product meets desired specifications.
  • Demonstrates strong CAPA implementation skills—including cross-functional collaboration, conformity to Quality timelines, and documentation of these activities.

Must-have

  • Quality Systems and CAPA experience

  • Statistical process control (SPC) methods
  • Root Cause Analysis tools
  • Documentation control and quality system processes
  • Operate CT scanner for anomaly detection

  • Experience with metallurgical mount preparation

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Minimum 2 years related experience
  • US Citizenship with ability to attain/maintain government security clearance
  • Ability to travel domestically/internationally approximately +/-10%
