Job Summary
This role is a key position in the Markets Legal team, advising the Financing Solutions business.
The person filling this role will be responsible for all aspects of supporting the Financing Solutions products, strategic growth initiatives and client onboardings.
The candidate will be responsible for duties including drafting and negotiating legal contracts and documentation, working closely with stakeholders in the development of new products, and collaborating with global legal colleagues.

Securities lending and repurchase agreements
MiFID, CASS, and SFTR expertise
Drafting and negotiating legal contracts

Key Requirements
Solicitor or barrister qualified to practise English law
