Job Summary

  • The Sr. Mgr., Employee Communications and Initiatives is responsible for overseeing and executing internal communication strategies and managing the complete project lifecycle for key organizational initiatives driven by the HR function.
  • They will leverage our tools and technologies to design, program, deliver, and draw insights from our Employee Engagement surveys on a regular basis throughout the year.
  • As a valued member of the HR team, the Sr. Mgr., Employee Communications and Initiatives will be responsible for handling highly sensitive and confidential information and must demonstrate a high degree of ethical behavior and integrity.
