Job Summary

• This high impact role provides enterprise-wide leadership of governance, reporting and performance insight across the Group transformation and Strategy KPI portfolio.
• You will lead the production of regular Strategy KPI performance updates, dashboards and written materials for senior management forums, including the Chief Executive’s Committee and Group Board.
• The role involves leading, developing and supporting a high-performing Transformation Office team, managing resourcing, prioritisation and workload for 4–5 colleagues.
