Job Summary

You will assist the Director of Nursing Services in directing nursing functions, participate in policy development, and ensure compliance with regulations and procedures.
You will participate in staff development, safety and sanitation programs, equipment management, care planning, and quality assurance to support resident care and facility operations.

Key Requirements
Current active RN license
