5 years of P&L experience
4 years production management
2 years manufacturing management
Prior P&L and commercial responsibility
Expertise defining and optimizing process flow

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Solid understanding of construction trades

Ability to communicate efficiently at all levels
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 4 years' experience in production management
At least two years in a manufacturing management position
