  • Handle circumstances and claims and their notification under CMNO LLP’s PI policies, including discussion with the relevant partners and fee earners.
  • Consider, for feedback to the firm’s separate Risk Team, what lessons can be learnt from the firm’s claims experience and identify/assist to implement appropriate system and working practice improvements to reduce risk of future PI issues.
