Job Summary

  • Under the responsibility of the head chef, your main missions will be to ensure the autonomous production of dishes according to technical sheets and to ensure the quality and presentation of dishes served.
  • You will be responsible for receiving, checking, and storing goods, as well as ensuring the cleanliness of your workspace and food safety by respecting HACCP hygiene rules daily.
  • The position offers a CDI or CDD contract, 39 hours per week with rotating shifts, 2 consecutive days off, one guaranteed weekend per month, and a Heartist card with partner benefits.
