Job Summary

  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT, providing technical expertise on system architecture, infrastructure, and integrations to support incident resolution, system enhancements, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements, enhance business capabilities, and drive organizational growth through project implementation, while leading analysis activities and mentoring other analysts within an Agile framework.
  • Resolve production issues, guide the launch of new systems and processes, and contribute to the development and maintenance of the strategic technical roadmap for the domain, balancing operational delivery and risk commitments.
