Job Summary
This position directs, develops and coordinates the Department’s Criminal Justice Certification Program, including having oversight over minimum standards for employment, training, certification, certification maintenance and officer records.
This position directs the delivery of services of unit staff by supervising, coaching, counseling, training and evaluating program functions and duties carried out by the operations and compliance staff.

Five (5) years of lead work, supervision, or progressively related experience
