Job Summary

  • The purpose of this role will be to ensure that the Group's IT services operate with adequate levels of stability, availability, resilience and quality, through a common model of monitoring, observability, major incident management and service governance, respecting local execution responsibility.
  • In this role, the main responsibilities will include Production and Service Level Oversight, Observability & Domain 360, Major Incident Management (MiM), CIO Operating Model, and Governance & Continuous Improvement.
