Job Summary
The MISS program supports the U.S. Department of State’s operations in Iraq by providing comprehensive base operations and advisory services to the Iraqi Government.
The IT Customer Support Analyst will support and maintain Embassy network infrastructure, provide help desk support, and assist users with hardware and software configuration at the Baghdad Diplomatic Service Center.
