4 years Integer related work experience
5-7 years light assembly experience
Familiarity with microscopes and measuring devices
Ability to perform majority of department operations
High school graduate or equivalent education
Nice-to-have
Medical device industry experience preferred
IPC soldering standards certification desired
Technical training in welding or material science
One year related quality experience preferred
Associate's degree preferred over high school
