Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for reporting all changes in resident conditions to the Nurse Supervisor immediately.
The role requires maintaining strict confidentiality of resident health information while ensuring personal care needs such as hygiene, feeding, and mobility are met.
