Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5 to 7+ years in banking or BFSI domain
Advanced SQL expertise for complex querying
Strong Python programming with PySpark exposure
Experience with Spark, Hadoop, or distributed processing
Hands-on cloud data platform experience (Azure/AWS/GCP)
Knowledge of Kafka for streaming and event-driven platforms
Understanding of GDPR and data privacy security principles
Nice-to-have
Growth mindset and customer-focused approach
Experience with Dataiku for analytics workflows
Exposure to MicroStrategy, Power BI, or Tableau
Experience with dbt for transformation and modeling
Knowledge of Kubernetes and OpenShift container platforms

Key Requirements
