Job Summary

  • Manages all aspects of operation of different trades including mason, carpentry, painter, metal workers, welder, plumbing, locksmithing and engraving.
  • Provides leadership to cause the creation of organizational structure and processes required to fully execute the requirements of services and is responsible for the execution of Maintenance services, quality, subcontractor performance, and maintenance cost.
  • Monitors the implementation of safety orientations, indoctrinations and toolbox meetings and to provide coaching for improvement.

Key Requirements

  • 3 years as Lead man, Foreman or Supervisor
  • Experience with interior/exterior finishes, concrete works, metal fabrication
  • Working knowledge of Maximo CMMS
  • Proven supervisory and leadership experience
  • Prior experience supporting U.S. Government DoD contracts
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Good project management skills
  • Contract oriented and computer literate in Microsoft Office
  • Able to produce schedules for LDPs based on MS Tools
  • Valid driver's license
