Job Summary

• Perform skilled maintenance duties in the inspection, repair, installation, alteration and preventative maintenance of HVAC, refrigeration and low-pressure boiler systems related to industrial manufacturing and facilities machinery.
• Monitors and maintains building HVAC, A/C systems, low pressure boilers, hot water generators, food service equipment, air compressors, and water treatment systems.

• 3-5 years of experience
• Maryland State Stationary Engineer License Grade 3
