Job Summary
The Field Services Team provides Field Workforce capabilities across all technologies for Service Activation, Service Assurance, Network Assurance, Network Maintenance, Customer Complaints linked with Network faults and Quality Inspection.
This role demands high-level field support, which will include frequent intra & interstate travel (often at short notice), scheduled after-hours work, and participation in an on-call roster to respond to urgent escalations.
