Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 5 years hands-on maintenance experience
  • Supervisory experience in union environment
  • Knowledge of HVAC and electrical systems
  • Experience with CMMS Corrigo and Maximo
  • Ability to lead mechanical and electrical tradesmen

Nice-to-have

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Familiarity with Global Manufacturing Systems (GMS)
  • Strong time management and independent work skills
  • Experience with Total Productive Maintenance methodologies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years industrial or laboratory maintenance experience
  • Previous supervisory experience in represented labor environment
  • High School Diploma or equivalent with leadership progression
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
