Job Summary

  • Perform both client facing and onboarding functions for Custody and Third-party accounts.
  • Liaise with Legal, Sales, IT, KYC and internal teams and external clients when the required documents/information are not available at the time of onboarding the accounts.
  • Evaluate and enhance processes and procedures on an ongoing basis and prepare process related SOPs/Job Aids and train team members on the process.
