Job Summary
The Associate Director/ Director, Business Development & Licensing (BD&L) Discovery Transactions will be responsible for overseeing and negotiating a broad spectrum of transactions supporting the company's Research Laboratories in the discovery and preclinical stage.
Primary responsibilities include collaborating with research scientists, management, legal, and external partners to negotiate material transfers, licenses, evaluations, consortia, research collaborations, and other agreements.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable, and a comprehensive package of benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid holidays, vacation, and sick days.

Base: $156,900.00 - $247,000.00; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive; Benefits: Comprehensive package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid holidays, vacation, and sick days
