Key Requirements
At least 3 years' experience in NSW workers compensation or personal injury law
Strong technical understanding of Workers Compensation Act (NSW) 1987 pre and post 2012 amendments
Extensive knowledge of Personal Injury Commission Rules 2021 and SIR Guidelines
