Job Summary

• This position will lead a team of engineers that develops and captures technology for designing disruptive Mission Systems solutions focused on visible and infrared spectrum Electro-Optics Infrared (EO/IR) sensors operating in Space and Air domains.
• The role involves driving and directing architecture trades, design and analysis, requirements definition and performance modeling, and elaborating design practices and development standards within the EO/IR Mission Systems team.
• The position expands the development team of a dynamic, entrepreneurial organization driving integrated technology development and rapidly transitioning capabilities in areas such as artificial intelligence, autonomy, and cyber security.

Salary

Lead: $146,200 - $197,800; Senior: $176,500 - $239,200; Benefits: Generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and paid/unpaid time away from work.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent
• 5+ years experience with mission systems, sensors, or sensing systems
• Experience with developmental space and/or airborne systems
• Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance
• U.S. Citizenship Required
