Design, develop, and execute debug and validation test plans to identify root cause of hardware failures in production or customer-returned units.
Work closely with internal engineering teams and external partners to drive root cause and corrective actions.

Key Requirements
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electro-Optics, Applied Physics, or related field
5+ years of experience in hardware debug, validation, or failure analysis
Experience with high-speed hardware or communication systems
Hands-on experience reading schematics and using lab equipment
