  • Ensure all aspects of food operation service are executed safely and in accordance with the HACCP plan.
  • Inspect all food stands prior to shows to identify and resolve any potential health violations, and accompany County Health Officials during their visits.
  • Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for the entire shift and frequently lift and carry items weighing up to 45 pounds.
